Our highly-skilled technicians take full responsibility for monitoring and maintaining your servers and your network infrastructure.

We’ll help you get the maximum value out of your network, by frequently adjusting it to accommodate new personnel, new software and other changes; regularly reviewing security; protecting against viruses; and performing routine maintenance such as disk drive management and nightly back-ups. And since our analysts use remote-control capabilities – which enable them to manage networks as if they are sitting in front of the server they are working on, even if it’s located in another city – they can often troubleshoot your network and implement changes instantly.

Our Systems Management team’s primary mission is to keep your system and your users up and running, which is why our systems notify us immediately if something breaks.

What You Do:

  • Take care of your business.

What Covenant Does:

  • Monitors your server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If the server fails in any way, we'll know about it almost instantly.

  • Monitors your Internet connection. If you and your employees can't get to the Internet to send and receive email, or use the Internet for anything else, Covenant will research the problem and work with the Internet service provider to find a solution.

  • Documents all the settings on the server.

  • Applies software patches, updates, and "fixes" to the server. We'll do this in the middle of the night, to avoid interfering with your company's productivity.

  • Monitors the amount of work your server is doing, and the amount of resources (memory, disk space, processor) that is being consumed. If you are running out of hard drive space (either quickly or slowly) we'll know that, and be able to advise you on how to keep that from becoming a problem.

  • Takes care of backups. Totally. We make sure that your data is protected in case of a problem with the server, or simply an inadvertent deleted file.

  • Handles all network administration, including adding new users, removing users who have left the company, creating new directories for projects, resetting passwords, and helping clean up old files on the server.

  • Responds to problems, quickly and effectively. Even after all this proactive maintenance, sometimes a problem does happen. Whether we notice it first (24 hour a day monitoring) or you notice it first (smoke coming from the server room), Covenant people will be at Crisis Intervention, and on the phone, figuring out what is wrong and how to fix it quickly.
