We’re proud of our innovative and efficient Support Center. It’s Covenant’s “mission control”: providing you with responsive, people-based technical assistance. So even when we’re not at your office, our Support Center is still available. (Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.)
From this facility our technical specialists provide typical “help desk” services – only without the lengthy wait times typical of most help desks. We’ll help you solve routine, day-to-day problems with your hardware, software and network. And you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your users, your network, and your technology are well taken care of.
What You Do:
Call us if you have a question about, problem with, or idea for your technology. Five days a week, 10 hours a day
(8 am until 6 pm).

What Covenant Does:
Answers the phone call or the email, quickly and accurately.
Provides help with application problems: "How do I create a bar chart of my data in Excel?"
Provides help with PC problems: "When I turned on my computer this morning, it just beeped once and isn't taking me into Windows. What can I do?"
Provides help with networking problems: "I need to print to a new printer on the network, but I don't know how to get it loaded."
- Doesn't let go. If you call with a problem, we'll see it through to a successful conclusion, whether that takes 15 minutes or two weeks or two months.
